AKI (An unKnown Identity)

AKI (An unKnown Identity)

Live in a world where friends are made everywhere,

true and genuine ones not to be found anywhere.

Social webs have grown far and wide, breaking all boundaries and divide.

Then came the book which showcased your face.

A book which brought together old friends

and inspired many to take in new.

I had my face imprinted on the book,

had many sweet and sour faces there.

Mutuality binds hearts and explores closed doors,

I opened mine and found this new face on the book.

Strangers to each other joined by a common source,

sometimes all you need is this common binding force.

At the origin you were alien to me,

but u made me not an outlander to be.

as the sun dug itself into the soil,

darkness crept in and days swam by

and after a times of time passed by.

This face became clearer,

though still blurred by gap.

Never is a new soul known at haste,

yours is a new book;

reading it page by page,

couldn’t finish much in this span,

Strangers no more, say you can.

Then expressed her soul for a stroke of verse,

doubtful was I on what, how .....

and the soul read, use your imagination...

So a new pen was in the formation

So here we start with the new pen at slow pace

To scribble about the new face

There she is with those puzzled gaze

Quite sure her life is like ours a big maze

But that would not disturbed her faze

Negativity is what she would set ablaze

Walls of failure she would raze

Necklace is her living place

Pashaan is where she would toast a raise

Reaching to college is a big race

Studying is her sidelined fare

Dressed in the beauty of her wear

Graceful and smart is her winning pair

Exhilaration makes her jump around like a hare

Party everyday is her dare

Her joys burst forth like a flare

Dancing through the music blare

Like a unicorn or mare

But don’t forget to breath air

A day without going high is rare

but through all this, for friends she’s care

Generous heart, everyone’s got a share

Stereo types got no place in her fair.

Once her source of sound is opened

It rests not till the end

She can speak a lot, trust the common source,

words that soothes your soul hard to find,

comes out frequently from her mind.

Past is past and leave it all behind.

She’s the air that will keep you breathing

The water which keeps your boat floating

She’s Ethocaine to ease your pain,

and cyanide if your the pain,

Oxygen to many, people bloom in her presence

She’s the oil which keeps the lamp burning

Self consumed so that the rest could live in light...

Your soul’s hard to tame

Never too lame

You’re always game

Surely you’ll attain fame

I am not the best

To write about her fest...

Many more will come

And do it undone

But rest assured

Strangers no more.
